Our express service delivers to most major Indian metropolitan cities — including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad — in 3 to 5 business days. Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra, and Perth typically receive deliveries within 3–4 working days. Delivery times are calculated from the date of collection and are subject to Indian customs processing.

Our rates start from $55 AUD for express document courier (up to 15 pages). Parcel rates start from $89 AUD for the Express Flyer (up to 2 kg). Box services range from $142 AUD for our 26 litre box (up to 6 kg) up to $375 AUD for a 104 litre box (up to 20 kg). Bulk box deals are available — 3 boxes for $1,095 AUD and 4 boxes for $1,420 AUD. All rates are inclusive of GST where applicable and fuel surcharge.

Yes. We offer door-to-door pickup from most metropolitan cities across Australia, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Darwin, and Hobart. We also offer after-hours pickup — a service unique to Couriers to India that no other India-bound courier provides. All documentation can be completed over the phone for a completely hassle-free experience.

To send your baggage to india we offer a dedicated excess baggage and personal effects service for a flat fee of $200 AUD per shipment — regardless of the number of boxes or total weight. To qualify, you must hold a valid travel ticket and have travelled to India within the last 120 days. This service is not available through DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, or PACK&SEND, making us the only practical option for most Australian Indians sending personal effects home.

 Our published rates are all-inclusive with GST where applicable and fuel surcharge — there are no hidden costs at checkout. Additional charges that may apply in specific circumstances include a remote area fee of $22 for deliveries to or from remote locations in Australia or India, Indian customs clearance charges of $44 (plus any applicable duties and taxes) if a shipment is held by Indian customs, and any government-imposed levies or duties, which are the responsibility of the receiver.

Gifts, samples, and commercial shipments sent to India are subject to a comprehensive Indian customs duty of approximately 80% based on the value assessed by Indian customs. This is a Government of India regulation and applies regardless of which courier you use. The receiver in India is responsible for paying all destination duties and taxes. Alternatively, we can arrange for these charges to be included in your shipping quote where possible.
